Slaughterhouse is prepping to release their Shady records debut, Welcome to Our House, later this year. First things first though, they’re gonna steal hip-hop with On The House, their upcoming Gangsta Grillz mixtape. See Dead People is of the latter, and is therefore just a taste of the entree of the main course. Save your appetites for Welcome To Our House, being served on August 28th.

Def Jam songstress Jhene Aiko releases the accompanying visuals to 3:16 AM, a heartfelt song seemingly written about many issues, but the largest of which seems to be her grief over the deteriorating health of her brother. Unfortunately her brother Miyagi Chilombo passed away before the video was completed yet we as music lovers are still very grateful for her expressed sentiments.

R.I.P. Miyagi and I extend my deepest sincerites to ms. Aiko and wish her well for the future.

Madgibbs is one of the best producer/rapper teams I’ve heard in a while. The chemistry between Madlib’s soulful introspective beats and Gibb’s vividly orated gangster’s day to day raps create a wonderful elegance born of opposites. Shame is from their recently released Shame EP and the video also features audio from Terrorist, another song from the EP.

The Two-9 collective continues to catch and hold flames among ATL’s underground music lovers. DooRag is the second single from their group album Two-9 Forever, featuring FKB, one of the smaller groups within the circle. The video itself features blunts, innumerable 40′s, and looks like it was a camera and a chill day.

Wiz’s sophomore album O.N.I.F.C. (Only N*gga In First Class) has been pushed back to a September 18th release date, but we are placated by Wiz’….intriguing album cover. Love it? Hate it? Wiz doesn’t care but you can talk about it in our comments.
